Abstrakt EN: The aim of this presentation was to commemorate the life and work of Leo Herrmann, who was a Jewish, Zionist activist born in Landskron (Lanškroun). His impressive life and career includes chairmanship of the Bar Kokhba Student Club at the Charles University, post of Secretary of the World Zionist Organization, Secretary General and co-founder of the Keren ha-Yesod, not to mention his close collaboration with the Czechoslovak governement-in-exile, his film production as well as rescue efforts for Czechoslovak Jews during the Nazi occupation.
